I have just recently purchased a 1995 LS400.The car is wonderful, and I
really enjoy it. It has two problems (in which I am aware of), the stereo
lamp is inoperable , and the cruise control does not work. I would like to
know if anyone else has experienced these problems, and what the most common
reason for these malfunctions (light bulb, cruise control module, etc). I
also would appreciate someone giving me a (ballpark) figure ($) for having
the above problems repaired.
Thanks, Rick

Tired of all these "get paid to do nothing" too good to be true
promotions? If so please read on. We are looking for motivated people
interested in building their own business.
Here is the pitch…
Do you own a Car or Truck? Have you noticed that no matter how careful
you are you manage to acquire chips, nicks, marks, and/or scuffs in the
paint? Did you know that these can be repaired WITH OUT REPAINTING THE
VEHICLE! And even better…they would pay you if you had the training and
equipment to perform this service. If you ever wished you could be self
employed this is your chance… This is no gimmick. For your business to
succeed you will have to work at it. If you do not go to work you will not
make money. Sounds foolish to say so, but we are serious about helping
people build their own business. To learn more or to contact us visit

I am considering an IS 300 to replace my ES 300 in early 2002 when the lease
is up.
…interested in comments from IS owners regarding any rattles and squeaks
you have experienced in the car.
Thanks in advance.

I’d like to hear from anyone who test drove the GS 300 and the GS 430 and
bought a GS 300 and why.
What’s different besides V6 vs a V8? Any suspension parts different? Any
thing else?
I’ve driven a few of the GS 400s and GS430s and love them, but to be frank,
it’s out of my league.
Now the GS 300 might be a better deal for me…

Does anyone know of a good place online to list a 1991 LS400? I guess this
might be a good place, but I was wondering if there are any sites
specifically for the purpose of listing quality used cars. Any help
appreciated. BTW, it’s got 70K miles – she’s a real cream puff. Driven
only on west coast (California and Washington – well, Oregon, too, to get to
WA!) Any help appreciated.

I work for Lexus. They may offer the Levinson System as an option in the RX.
The Nakamichi system is not compatable with the Lexus DVD based Navagtion
system but the Mark Levinson is. The 5 year cycle is for major changes but
there are continuous upgrades. Tom

Hello,
I recently turned 21 and have a decent job and I want the IS300 bad like you
wouldn’t believe. I’ve got more than enough for down payment and all that. Am
I going to have a tough time trying to lease one? Should I just have on eof my
parents or relatives lease it and I pay them?
Any comments would be appreciated.
Fellow ES300 driver,
Bill

Hello
I have a 1992 SC400 (Toyota Soarer).
I recently changed the battery in my ignition key because I had to get
closer & closer for it to work. Ever since I changed the battery, the remote
no longer works. Does it need to be programmed?
Can anybody help??
Regards
