ES300 for 2002.  If you like luxury, comfy cars, IS300 is not for you.  If
you  like low riding sports car kinda car, you have it.  IS300 will also
come with a manual shift in 2002.

rough when going over rough bumps such as train tracks and such.  You
basically can feel everything.  So a transition from a Lexus luxury (smooth
comfy, silky ride) to a sports (getting to know the road better), you will
feel the difference.  And one last thing that I have noticed…there is
quite a bit of road noise.  Possibly due because its so quiet??
