Dear all,
Is there any news about the 2002 IS300, except there’ll be a 6-speed
manual?

  1. Only changes are a rear spoiler lip, firmer suspension, satellite (just like
onstar), and obviously the manually tranny.

  2. Dunko, do you mean it’s going to have a navigational system?  I really want
    one.

  3. Yeah, it will be an option for the car just like Europe has right now.  It
will be placed just above the air conditon vents where that ugly square
    space is…

I can’t remember where I heard it, but I heard that it will also get a
center arm-rest, and full-auto switches for all four windows (vs just the
    driver window).

Anyone know if the LSd will be optional for the manual transmission?  I
    sure hope not.

Well, the SC400/Soarer had LSD standard, so I would imagine that Lexus would
like to keep their reputation and continue to supply them as standard
    equipment.
    Just my guess.
