LS430 with cloth seats?

Is there anyone else out there that prefers cloth seats?

I don’t like leather seats.  They’re stiff, hot in the summer heat,
and COLD in winter (’til they warm up).

I sure wish Lexus would offer them as an option.  I’d even pay EXTRA
to have good quality cloth seats.

    I’m in agreement.

Leather, sunroofs, and auto transmissions are pretty much either standard or
"required options" on most luxury sedans and sports sedans.  BMW does a
little better – you can get a new 5-series wtih cloth seats, no sunroof, and
    a manual.

I also prefer cloth seats. I have aftermarket cloth seat covers on
mine, but they probably covered side-airbags in my seats. Since leater
cover is removable, why couldn’t they offer cloth covers?

I would suggest a decent lambswool covering. In winter they warm up fast,
whilst in summer they are almost as good as cloth.

Good idea, but I don’t like coverings on the seat because they
inevitably come loose and need to be continually re-adjusted.

Not to mention that I’m allergic to wool! :)

If I could find a non-wool cover that doesn’t come loose, I might try
    it…..

I hate my LS400 sunroof – steals my head roof. Was that optional?

Sunroofs have always been technically optional (even on current models), but
I notice on the current Lexus.com that, at least in my area, you cannot
build a LS without some package that includes a moonroof.  I’ve noted this
on the IS also – you cannot build a base car.

I have no idea on your particular car.
